Key Responsibilities
Responsible for site operations/implementation involving architectural and related finishing works
Coordinate architectural/finishing works of subcontractors and other trade works
Prepares submittals and preparation of shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and other related field drawing and documents.
Monitors work progress, schedules, subcontractors’ accomplishment and materials deliveries
Brainstorm project ideas and assist in reviewing project proposals.
Completes and file paperwork involved in the design process.
Creates proposals and completes construction paperwork for buildings.
Ensures all required documents and legal paperwork are submitted before a construction process is started.
Communicates with contractors and monitor the progress of a project as needed.
Coordinates the details of an architectural project with the whole design team.
Assists in developing and/or coordinating development of detailed working drawings and specifications after approval for project has been obtained.
Handles bid process.
Reviews shop drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction material recommendations submitted by outside architects and contractors to ensure adherence to contract and notifies Architect of discrepancies.
Provides support to Architects and management staff.
Visit supplier (nationwide) on a regular basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration
Has background/ extensive knowledge on Architecture, Construction
Preferably 1-3 years experience as an Project Manager, or other construction related project management
Good at multi-tasking, experience with handling multiple projects at the same time
Result-centric and motivating leader
Charismatic and approachable personality
Enthusiastic, energetic and creative attitude
Collaborative and good with teamwork
Can act independently with initiative
Great analytical, decision-making, and management skills
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
Clear and effective communicator, in person and writing
