Job Summary
The HR Generalist supports the day-to-day execution of the company's human resources functions across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee records, employee engagement, performance management support, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations. The HR Generalist works closely with department heads to foster a positive employee experience and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, job offers, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and company programs.
- Support the performance management process by coordinating evaluations, documentation, and development initiatives.
- Assist in resolving employee relations concerns and disciplinary matters while maintaining proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and learning and development initiatives.
- Support payroll preparation through attendance validation and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and internal company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and recommend process improvements to enhance HR operations.
