Reimagining FIC: Serving up fresh ice cream the PINO way
ecently, Fruits in Ice Cream (FIC) celebrated 25 years of serving up delight in the form of ice cream. In 1997, they started out as an export-only ice cream producer. Today, their flavors, which span from twists on classics to imaginative creations, are well-loved both in the country and around the world in countries like Japan, Australia, and the United States.
They started with one purpose: to craft and deliver premium ice cream. From start to finish, every pint is made with great passion and care so they can serve only the best to their customers. As a creative studio that aims to create work that is pinong-pino (masterfully refined), we deeply resonate with this philosophy and are proud to have become a part of their journey in the past few years.
Content
The content strategy we developed for FIC does more than showcase the brand’s premium quality and flavor innovation. It conveys how FIC envisions ice cream: something for anyone and everyone to enjoy. In the same way that their ice cream brings delight, producing content and photos for them brings out the fun and quirky side of our creativity. When we considered how we could engage with FIC customers in fun and interactive ways, we thought that illustrative visuals and quirky copy (scoops of fun puns) would be the way to go.

Our production team applied an editorial treatment with bright lights and vibrant colors to capture what FIC is all about: fun, fruits, and bold flavor. Through these photos, we wanted to capture not only the great taste of the FIC flavors but also highlight the different ways one can enjoy ice cream!
We take great pleasure in creating and serving up the FIC experience through the vibrant art direction, fresh and engaging graphic posts, and punny copy that embody their brand.
